Holiday Luminaria Fundraiser

2023 Holiday Luminarias

Join us to celebrate the season, make wonderful memories and raise money!

lu·mi·nar·i·a (lo͞oməˈnerēə) noun – “a Christmas lantern consisting of a votive candle set in a small paper bag weighted with sand and typically placed with others along sidewalks.”

The holidays are a magical time in Royal Palm! On Christmas Eve, the streets are lined with the soft glow of luminarias. The Royal Palm Neighborhood provides the luminaria supplies for purchase, and each resident assembles and lights theirs at dusk.

Luminarias are the most beautiful when many neighbors display them. A long standing tradition, luminarias showcase the beauty of our neighborhood and also act as a fundraiser. All proceeds go to the Royal Palm Neighborhood to support future community events (e.g. concerts, festivals, movies in the park, parades), beautification programs and more.
